Meet Dominique Bernal

Dominique Bernal is our associate attorney. She inherited her devotion to service from her parents, who are both retired servicemembers. While originally from El Paso, Dominique earned both her undergraduate and law degree from St. Mary’s University right here in San Antonio, Texas. She served as a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race & Social Justice and committed herself to a minimum of 50 hours of pro bono work per year as a member of the Law Students Pro Bono College. Dominique began developing her advocacy skills in law school through her involvement with the St. Mary’s Law School Moot Court Team and continued with intense training from the American Bar Association’s Trial Institute after becoming a licensed attorney. Since joining the firm, Dominique has gained significant practical skills and litigation experience by assisting clients with various family law related issues. In her free time, Dominique enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places and trying new cuisines, taking long walks with her dog, and gardening.
